DAGMAR GLEDITZSCH
Rights Director
Dagmar is ICA’s Rights Director. She is responsible for negotiating translation rights deals with publishers outside the UK for ICA’s clients. Dagmar will also have responsibility, with the support of Seoyeon Park, our Seoul-based Literary Agent, for selling ICA's Korean titles to North American publishers.
Dagmar has a lifelong love for books and reading. She worked as a bookseller, for the Frankfurt Book Fair and in publishing, while studying for a Masters in English Literature in her hometown of Frankfurt, before taking up a job in London. There Dagmar started in Rights, working in that field for eight years for three different publishers. She then changed to scouting where she worked for publishers across nine countries. At ICA, Dagmar has returned to the world of selling rights. Over her long career she has established multiple contacts and friendships in international publishing.
Please be aware of scams. Dagmar will only ever email you via an official @internationalcreative.agency email address. Agents will never send professional emails from a Gmail or other generic account.
