Established by Ivan Mulcahy in 2002, with agents based today in London, Berlin, and Seoul, and strong ties to Dublin, we work across formats to build careers that are creatively ambitious and internationally relevant.
Our team brings decades of experience across publishing, agenting, rights, scouting, and global media. We take a hands-on, editorially focused approach—shaping the work, developing strategy and building partnerships that expand opportunity and impact.
